We DO NOT offer refunds on the purchase of beauty products. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item If wrong product was mistakenly delivered by seller. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. -To be eligible to return Such an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- A picture or video proof of sellers product error should be sent via email to facilitate quick returns/refunds.It must also be in the original packaging. Also, To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(e.g order number) -Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective.

-Any form of alteration on wrong product received will not receive any refund.

-Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. you can contact us for further product consultation/inquiry if unsure before making a purchase. -If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide a return shipping label with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -Returns are only accepted based on sellers error or damage. No returns ,exchanges or refunds after item has been paid for. -Immediate cancellation will require refunds if item has not been shipped.

-Product indecision, wrong addresses, will not be solicited. It is SOLELY customers responsibility to keep track of shipment status of order from purchase to delivery. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
